Hi there, I’m Jeremy Vlasich, and I’m really excited to announce that I will be training on investors mindset and negotiations for your next FasterHouse Buyers’ Club meeting on September 19th!

So, I’m an agent and investor with over 16 years of real estate investing experience and over 850 transactions under my belt. And because I’m passionate about this business—and about helping other investors succeed—I’m going to be presenting on investor mindset and real estate negotiations.

Matt Hedstrom owns and manages multiple businesses between Milwaukee and Chicago. He has created these businesses with a vision to serve and elevate others with core values centered in honesty and integrity. With over 20 years in real estate and contracting experience there isn’t a problem that Matt can’t find a solution for. His unique knowledge, contacts, and experience are all put to work helping him find the best solution for his clients.

Along with Short Sale Experts LLC (a national short sale negotiating company) Matt runs a successful General Contracting business and is a licensed contractor. He is experienced with rehabbing residential homes for purchase or rent to own, acquisitions and sales of residential and commercial investment property, and managing large scale commercial projects. He ran a very successful residential remodeling company in MN as a licensed contractor as well. is the new wholesaling company he started that is fully automated and sends out thousands of pieces of direct mail. He is currently working on a lending company that will be launched in 2018. His current focus as Tri-City Properties is building a buy and hold portfolio and has purchased 5 rentals in the last 6 months.

Matt believes education is the foundation of any good business and strives to help others grow their potential. He became a co-owner of WiscoREIA, Wisconsin’s premier Real Estate Investors Association in order to share his love for learning and keys to success with investors throughout Wisconsin.

Matt and his wife of twenty-one years, Lu, have 6 amazing kids ranging in age from 3 to 21. He has a huge heart for mission work and travels around the world leading about 5-6 trips a year building churches and houses. Other hobbies include reading, hunting, kiteboarding and surfing.

Cover Your Ass (ets) with Davis and Travaglini

We are having fan favorite attorneys from Davis & Travaglini back at the club this month. Kathy, Christine & Chris are passionate about helping landlords maximize profits on their rentals while staying within their legal rights. They have some hilariously funny stories from being in the courtroom for so many years. Their specialty is in landlord – tenant law. If you have rentals or think you might one day you need to come out to the club this month so you know your rights. After hearing them speak you are going to want them on your team to help deal with the inevitable tenant issues you will encounter.

What is the craziest story you have heard a landlord do to get a tenant out of their house? The one I have heard a lot is, “I just take the front door off the house.” Well, that is not legal. The other one I used to hear a lot is, “I’ll just turn off the water or electric”. Yep, you guessed it, not legal either.

These guys know what is legal and the quickest, most cost-effective way to get that bad tenant out of the house so you can get it re-rented to an awesome tenant. Also, they come with lot’s of tip on how to attract and retain the best tenants.

Bryan’s Journey to Financial Freedom Thru Real Estate!

Date: June 20, 2019

Bryan has had a huge desire for Financial Freedom ever since meeting Robert Allen back in the 90’s. Robert had an income stream WAY greater than his monthly expenses. He didn’t have to work another day in his life if he didn’t want to. Bryan thought, “holy shit, that would be a game changer.” At the time he was living pay check to pay check as a real estate appraiser.

Then one day in 2002 at breakfast he and his business partner Jim Stiegemeier decided to quit their jobs and jump into Real Estate Investing Full-Time. At first it was two men and a truck (Jim, Bryan and a Toyota Tundra) flipping one house at a time.

In one sense this gave a ton of Freedom. No boss, no time clock, no schedule. Just find deals, rehab then and sell them. Hopefully, for a HUGE profit. There were challenges along the way but they were WAY outweighed by the FREEDOM! But he wanted more…….

Bryan Schroeder – Featured Speaker

He wanted that income stream that came in whether or not he found that next deal. This is when they started buying rentals. One or two every month for the next 12 years. Damn, that is a lot of houses! Every time they bought another house, as long as it cash flowed, they increased their income. This is how Bryan eventually found Financial Freedom.
